The practice has great potential to connect us back to ourselves, permitting us to access the innate wisdom that is part of our human makeup - but which has most likely become lost in our hectic and convoluted modern lives. 

With Spirit Breathwork, the desired path is one where we get to meet ourselves: forging forward and achieving a greater sense of who we are and self-navigating our own healing. By doing so we can be granted access to release suppressed emotions and hidden trauma in the body - often trapped within our cells. Thus, allowing us the beautiful opportunity to cleanse ourselves not only physically, but mentally, spiritually and emotionally. 

Each person is different, and your body and journey is a chronicle of this. Meaning experiences with breathwork will be as individual as we are all different. The principal element which underpins all of this - and naturally our everyday existence - is the strength and indisputability of our intention.

Providing you with the tools you will need to facilitate a safe and powerful one on one Spirit Breathwork session.

Learning how to breathe safely and correctly and how to hold space for others to feel, heal and release. Breathwork is the beautiful and conscious control of your rate, rhythm and depth of breathing and at the same time, it is so much more. 

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR ONLINE SPIRIT BREATHWORK FACILITATION TRAINING.

  • Three month online training to learn one on one Breathwork Facilitation

  • 6 weeks course content and 6 week accountability program

  • Live Welcome Call 

  • Live Zoom Training and full Breathwork sessions x 3

Are the training calls recorded?

  • Yes, every training call will be recorded so you can watch at your convenience and or at a suitable time in your time zone. We will share the recording to the private online training group.

Do you need to attend every call?

  • No, because we will record each call. You do need to watch each call, each week to ensure you stay up to date with content. We encourage you to join the 4 live calls.

Am I guaranteed a Spirit Breathwork Certification?

  • You will need to provide proof that you facilitated 10x one on one Spirit Breathwork sessions and send in the required assessments within the 3 month program.

If I don’t complete the program within the allocated 3 months, can I do it in my own time?

  • Yes sure, we have designed this course so you can go back in and access all the weekly modules and complete the required assessments at a pace that suits you. However there will be additional fees of $200AUD to process any assessments outside the 3 month program timeframe.

Can you tell me more about the Spirit Breathwork Community and ongoing opportunities?

  • Yes, sure! We are a large community based on the Sunshine Coast and facilitate several events and festivals around Australia - there will be opportunities for you to facilitate group Breathwork events and Festivals once you are certified.

  • Friday 7 July, 2023.

What day are the training calls and at what time?

  • All 4 LIVE calls will be on Fridays at 12:00pm (midday) QLD, Australia time.

  • Exact dates to be released prior to course commencement.

Do you have payment plans?

  • Yes, we sure do. Via the payment link.

  • Within the 3 month program, we will have a group chat that is monitored by our team and questions will be responded to within 24 hours.
